Digiday asked a group of industry leaders from agencies and publishers to comment on whether banner ads will end. So – are they worth saving? Looks like they are…below are some reasons:
- It’s the easiest thing to buy
- They are intended to drive DR and clicks
- The dimension of pixels is irrelevant
- They make it easy to push messaging to the right audience, at the right time, in the right place
Banner ads have a bright future. Why? They’re cheap, easy to build and they’re everywhere.
